Kilduff strong wholemeal flour is a special small-batch flour using wheat grown in the fields at Kilduff Farm and milled two miles away at Mungoswells, right in the heart of East Lothian. The epitome of ‘field to flour’.
With more nutrients and with a rougher texture, wholemeal flour is ideal for using in more rustic bakes including soda bread. It also adds a nutty and wholesome taste to your baking.
